SHIPPING POLICY

Our Most of the Orders ship from our New York City office located at 48 West 48th street, Suite 1405, New York, NY 10036. 

Our products that are in stock are shipped within 5-7 business days using one of the following carriers: USPS and FedEx . Upon shipping you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information via e-mail.

We do not guarantee stock availability of any products listed on GEMHOUSEUSA.COM. If you place an order for a product that is out of stock, we will try to fill your order in approximately 4 weeks or offer you an immediate refund. 

RETURN SHIPMENT PROCESS

Return shipping is solely customer responsibility. We do not offer free return shipping for all orders. To return your order, please keep the package ready and include the original invoice. You may choose the shipping carrier of your choice. Shipping and handling charges, as well as taxes and duties are not refundable. Please address all returns to:
